Over the weekend we went to the Japan Festival at our local community college, JCCC. It was lots of fun! We ate some snacks (although we went across the street to our favorite sushi place for lunch since there weren't any vegetarian entrees at the festival), saw lots of neat shows/presentations (including taiko drummers--I'd love for my kids to get into taiko drumming--and a cosplay fashion show), and did some great shopping (cheap stuff!!). We got some pretty magnets for Fox--check out the video of him playing with one in his footie pajamas :) I am so glad we have such a great Japanese event in our area!!
