First haircut

On New Year's Eve we gave Fox his first haircut! It is kinda hard to tell unless you are in person, but here is a before and after picture :)

September 16, 2009 - Mailed Taiwan homestudy to USCIS
July 29, 2009 - USCIS Fingerprinting done
July 7, 2009 - Applied for Cathwel/Taiwan program, withdrew from Chung Yi/Taiwan program
June 18, 2009 - Baby Fox born
July 28, 2008 - Officially waiting for referral from Chung Yi/Taiwan
June 18, 2008 - First meeting with social worker for homestudy
May 16, 2008 - Applied for Chung Yi/Taiwan program
