9 months

I just noticed that as of 2 days ago we've been officially waiting 9 months on the Japan adoption list.  If this adoption were a pregnancy, I'd be getting ready for birth soon.  It is kinda sad that adoptions can be 2, 3, or even 4 times as long as pregnancies.  It can be tough, that's for sure!  Ah well, I am still optimistic it will happen SOME day for us :)
